Contact Request: This allows us to get a general sense of your project and and goals.
Consult: After reviewing your contact request, we will contact you for an initial consult. Here we’ll talk more about your plans and determine whether we would be a good fit in helping realize them.
Feasibility: Having established that we are a working fit, we need to dig into the logistics. At this point, we will take a closer look at the variables particular to your project and property. This includes talking with the town, looking into any relevant zoning considerations, reviewing the build property and/or site visit to consider build location, utilities, necessary site work. We will provide estimates associated with these items.
* For prefab builds being delivered outside of our geographic range, we will coordinate and plan directly with your local builder and sitework contractor to ensure a seamless process.
Contract & Planning: If you’re going with a custom build, we will begin to select interior/exterior coverings, floor/wall/ceiling, and design choices to reflect your personal style and preferences.
Permits, Site Work and Build: Once permits are obtained, site work starts and building begins. We will lay out the steps of the build and will continue to update you throughout the project’s completion.
